Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. She was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at age 16, when she gave up gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. In 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. Her return came in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show was a success and she came in third. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness even though she being completely unprepared. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body each year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving into exercises. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
